Online store terms
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
in your jurisdiction in order to make a purchase from our store.
You may not use our products, website or services for any unlawful
or unauthorized purpose.
You may not attempt to disrupt, damage, misuse, reverse engineer,
interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to our website,
applications, systems or services.
02 · Made for you
Products and personalization
Charmiora sells personalized and non-personalized jewelry,
charms, accessories and related products.
Many Charmiora products are made or prepared specifically
according to the selections you submit.
Depending on the product, personalization may include:
- Photos and images.
- Names, dates and text.
- Handwriting.
- Song or music links.
- Engraving instructions.
- Charm selections and bracelet layouts.
- Other customization details submitted by you.
Please review your personalization carefully.
Once production has begun, personalized orders may no longer
be eligible for changes or cancellation.
03 · See it before it’s made
Bracelet Builder and digital previews
Our Bracelet Builder and customization tools are designed
to help you visualize your personalized product before ordering.
Digital previews are provided as a visual guide.
Actual products may vary slightly from what appears on screen
because of factors including:
- Screen and display color differences.
- Image positioning and cropping.
- Printing or engraving tolerances.
- Material texture and reflectivity.
- Product dimensions.
- Manufacturing processes.
- Photography and lighting.
Minor differences that do not materially change the design
you ordered are not considered defects.
For certain personalization types, including handwriting,
laser engraving, photo processing and song-code related designs,
our production team may make reasonable adjustments needed
to prepare the artwork for manufacturing.
04 · Your memories stay yours
Customer-submitted content
When you upload or submit photos, text, handwriting, names,
artwork, links or other content to Charmiora, you confirm that
you have the right to use and submit that content.
You also confirm that the content does not unlawfully violate
another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity,
intellectual property or other rights.
You retain ownership of the content you submit.
You grant Charmiora a limited license to store, process, crop,
resize, reproduce, modify and transmit that content only as
reasonably necessary to:
- Create your personalized product.
- Process and fulfill your order.
- Provide customer support.
- Maintain records relating to your order.
Charmiora does not claim ownership of your
customer-uploaded photos or personal artwork.
05 · Check before you order
Accuracy of order information
You are responsible for providing accurate personalization,
shipping, contact, email and billing information.
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
If you discover an error after ordering, contact us as soon
as possible. We will try to help where reasonably possible,
but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after processing
or production has begun.
06 · Prices & checkout
Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website
and may change without notice.
The price charged for an order is the price displayed at checkout
when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious
pricing or technical errors.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order
can be processed.
Payments may be processed by Shopify and authorized
third-party payment providers.
Charmiora does not directly store complete payment card
information submitted through Shopify checkout.
07 · A little extra
Promotions, free gifts and offers
From time to time, Charmiora may offer discounts,
free shipping, free gifts, bonus charms or other promotions.
Eligibility may depend on:
- Order subtotal.
- Product eligibility.
- Promotion dates.
- Available promotional allocation.
- Other conditions shown on our website.
Promotional gifts and bonus items have no cash value and
generally cannot be exchanged for cash.
Promotional items may be subject to availability.
Where reasonably necessary, a promotional item may be replaced
by an equivalent item.
Where an offer requires you to choose a gift, color or other
option, the selection submitted with your order will be used
for fulfillment.
Charmiora may modify or end promotions at any time,
subject to honoring qualifying orders already validly placed.
08 · Order review
Order acceptance
Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean
that an order has been finally accepted for fulfillment.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where
reasonably necessary, including situations involving:
- Suspected fraud.
- Payment failure.
- Obvious pricing or technical errors.
- Unavailable products.
- Prohibited personalization.
- Abuse of promotions.
- Orders that cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
If we cancel an order after payment has already been collected,
the applicable amount will be refunded.
09 · Getting it to you
Shipping and delivery
Processing and delivery estimates are provided as guidance
and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Carrier delays, severe weather, local delivery disruptions
and other circumstances outside our reasonable control
may affect delivery.

shipping rates, delivery estimates, tracking and missing packages.
10 · Returns & cancellations
Personalized products are different.
Because many Charmiora products are personalized or made to order,
return and cancellation eligibility may differ from standard
non-personalized merchandise.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different
from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number
and supporting photos so we can review the issue.

11 · Availability
Products may change over time.
Products, charms, variants, promotional gifts, materials
and designs may be changed, discontinued, limited or temporarily
unavailable without notice.
We may limit quantities available for purchase or promotion
where reasonably necessary.
Product images are intended to represent our products
as accurately as reasonably possible, but appearance may vary
slightly across devices and production batches.
12 · Our creative work
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Charmiora website and its original
content are owned by or licensed to Charmiora.
This may include:
- Branding and logos.
- Website design.
- Product photography.
- Graphics and illustrations.
- Written content.
- Software and website functionality.
- The presentation and interface of our Bracelet Builder.
You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit
or create unauthorized derivative works from Charmiora-owned
content without permission.
This section does not transfer ownership of your uploaded
photos or personal artwork to Charmiora.
13 · Services we work with
Third-party services
Our store may use or link to third-party services including
Shopify, payment providers, shipping carriers, analytics providers,
hosting services and other technology partners.
We are not responsible for the independent terms, policies,
availability or actions of third-party services.
Your use of those services may also be subject to their own
terms and privacy policies.

Prohibited uses
You may not use our website or services:
- For unlawful activities.
- To violate intellectual property or privacy rights.
- To upload malicious code.
- To interfere with website or account security.
- To impersonate another person.
- To conduct fraudulent transactions.
