By visiting our website, using our Bracelet Builder, submitting personalized content, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

Many Charmiora products are made or prepared specifically according to the selections submitted by the customer.

3. BRACELET BUILDER AND PRODUCT PREVIEWS

Our Bracelet Builder and other product customization tools are designed to help you visualize your customized product before ordering.

Digital previews are provided as a visual guide only.

Actual products may vary slightly from on-screen previews because of factors including:

• Image cropping
• Printing or engraving tolerances
• Material texture
• Product dimensions
• Manufacturing processes
• Lighting and photography

Minor differences that do not materially change the ordered design are not considered defects.

For certain personalization types, including handwriting, laser engraving, photo processing, or song-code related designs, our production team may make reasonable adjustments necessary to prepare the artwork for manufacturing.

4. CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED CONTENT

When you upload or submit photos, text, handwriting, names, artwork, links, or other content to Charmiora, you confirm that:

• You have the right to use and submit that content.
• The content does not unlawfully violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• The content does not contain unlawful or prohibited material.

You retain ownership of your submitted content.

You grant Charmiora a limited license to store, process, resize, crop, reproduce, modify, transmit, and use that content only as reasonably necessary to:

• Create your personalized product
• Process and fulfill your order
• Provide customer support
• Maintain records related to your order

We do not claim ownership of your customer-uploaded photos or personal artwork.

5. ACCURACY OF ORDER INFORMATION

You are responsible for providing accurate:

• Personalization details
• Shipping information
• Contact information
• Email address
• Billing information

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

If you discover an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to help where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after processing or production has begun.

The price charged for an order is the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

Payments may be processed by Shopify or other authorized third-party payment providers.

Charmiora does not directly store complete payment card information provided through Shopify checkout.

7. PROMOTIONS, FREE GIFTS, AND OFFERS

Charmiora may offer promotions, discounts, free shipping, free gifts, bonus charms, or other limited-time offers.

Promotional eligibility may depend on factors including:

This section does not transfer ownership of customer-submitted photos or artwork to Charmiora.
